Located in the heart of East Cobb, off of Holly Springs Road, the Wendwood Subdivision is a beautiful neighborhood full of well-loved split-level and ranch-style homes with large, wooded lots and friendly neighbors.

Re-formed in 2009, the Wendwood Civic Association (WCA) seeks to better the quality of life for all residents of the Wendwood Subdivision through the promotion and pursuit of civic, environmental, social, cultural and recreational concerns.
